Spokane ENT represents an independent physician group with a distinguished heritage spanning over a century, establishing it as the longest continuously operating medical practice in Spokane. In 2012, Spokane ENT strategically merged with Surgical Specialists of Spokane, forming Columbia Surgical Specialists, a comprehensive multispecialty group. This consolidation enhanced our capacity to deliver integrated surgical care across multiple specialties. In 2019, Columbia Surgical Specialists entered into a professional services agreement with Providence Health and Services, which now manages clinic operations. This strategic partnership has facilitated significant service expansion and enhanced operational capabilities.

Patients receiving care from Spokane ENT physicians and advanced practice providers benefit from access to multiple integrated Providence service lines. These include comprehensive diagnostic audiology services, advanced vestibular testing capabilities, cochlear implant programs, bone conduction implant services, participation in head and neck cancer and neuro-oncology tumor boards, cleft palate clinic services, and Providence Hearing Centers for standard hearing aid evaluation, fitting, and sales.

Additionally, complex surgical cases are performed at Providence Sacred Heart Hospital, providing access to advanced hospital-based resources and specialized care when indicated.
